Job summary

AirWorks Solutions, Inc. is hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer in California to manage residential installations from start to finish, including water heaters and water filtration systems. You will work to ensure code compliance, safety, and a clean homeowner experience.

We value detail-oriented, versatile plumbers who can perform minor repairs during installations, document work, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential plumbing installations and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems including water heaters, filtration, and piping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication with customers and teamwork.

At AirWorks, we’re growing our plumbing division and looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer who takes pride in doing the job right—from smaller installs to larger, more complex projects. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident handling installation-focused plumbing work, including water heaters, water quality systems, and full or partial repipes, with the ability to complete minor repairs as part of install projects.

Who You Are:

Installation-Focused Plumber:

You have hands-on experience completing residential plumbing installations—from small projects to larger system installs.

Project-Ready:

You’re comfortable handling jobs like water heater installs, water filtration or conditioning systems, and full or partial repipes.

Skilled & Versatile:

While installs are your strength, you can also handle minor repair work that comes up during or after installation projects.

Detail-Oriented & Code-Savvy:

You understand that clean installs, proper materials, and code compliance matter—every time.

Customer-Respectful:

You communicate clearly with homeowners, explain what you’re installing, and leave the home clean and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete plumbing installations from start to finish

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, including installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, water filtration systems, and drainage systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively, offering customers clear solutions for repair or replacement.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain plumbing issues and services clearly to customers.

Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other technicians and office staff.

Flexibility: Available for part-time or full-time hours, with on-call rotations for nights and weekends.

Safety-Conscious: Commitment to following all safety protocols and compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
