ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer for an in-person role based in Anthem, AZ. The position requires daily travel to the Anthem location, with a shift that includes overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 USD annually, with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
• Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime. This is an in person role that requires you to travel to our Anthem, AZ location on a daily basis - We will be moving to N 19th Ave Phoenix AZ 85027 by March 2027 at the latest.

Pay Range: $75,000 USD - $100,000 USD

• Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
• Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
