HELP in Cincinnati invites a Plumbing Installer to join our residential team. You will work with experienced plumbers, install plumbing systems, and learn blueprints and codes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Follow instructions from senior plumbers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes for on-time and accurate installations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential settings
• Follow instructions from senior plumbers to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes for on-time and accurate installations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range: $70,000 – $150,000 USD
