Job summary

Hoover in Troy, MI seeks an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to perform high-quality residential plumbing installations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will read blueprints, select and install water heaters, softeners, filters, and repipes, while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a valid driver’s license; plumbing license preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
• Plumbing license preferred (state-specific).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems including tank and tankless water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, repipes, remodel rough-ins, and trim-outs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local code requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and company vehicles.
• Complete all required job documentation accurately using ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and professional development training.
