Hire Right Recruiting in Orem, UT is seeking a Plumbing Install Lead to oversee residential repipes, water heater and water treatment installs, and larger plumbing projects.

You will own the job from start to finish, direct a helper on site, coordinate with dispatch and homeowners on scheduling and scope, and ensure every install passes inspection and meets company standards. A company vehicle and steady year‑round work are provided, with a clear path to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing install experience.
• Utah Journeyman license preferred.
• Experience leading installs and directing a helper.
• Strong knowledge of water heaters, repipes and water treatment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

A well established home services company in Orem, Utah is hiring a Plumbing Install Lead to run residential repipes, water heater and softener installs, and larger plumbing projects.
