Harts Services in Tacoma, WA is seeking a skilled Lead Plumbing Installation Expert to own major residential replacement and installation projects. You will mentor apprentices and uphold top-tier craftsmanship on every site.

The role requires a Journeyman plumbing license, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a clean driving record. A fully stocked company vehicle is provided along with medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid time off to support your leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Plumbing License (Journeyman status or equivalent required by state/local guidelines).
• Proven experience in residential plumbing installations and re-pipes.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and project planning capabilities.
• Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Execute: Plan, manage, and complete high-quality residential plumbing installations efficiently, safely, and on budget.
• Guide Customers: Perform thorough site evaluations, map out clear action plans, and explain solutions to homeowners to ensure complete confidence and peace of mind.
• Drive Excellence: Work closely with dispatchers, managers, and field staff to ensure a seamless, high-touch customer journey from start to finish.
• Mentor & Maintain: Train and supervise apprentices on job sites to build strong future leads while keeping your assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory in peak condition.
