Job summary

HARTS PLUMBING & EXCAVATION LLC in Tacoma, WA seeks a Lead Plumbing Installation Expert to own major residential replacement and installation projects. You will mentor apprentices, manage high-quality installations, and ensure safety and budget adherence for homeowners.

Must hold a Journeyman license with strong diagnostic and planning skills, plus a valid driver’s license. A focus on exceptional customer experience and ongoing technical training is required.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license (Journeyman or equivalent)
• Experience in residential plumbing installations and re-pipes
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and project planning abilities
• Clear, professional communication with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-quality residential plumbing installations on time and on budget
• Perform thorough site evaluations and map out action plans for homeowners
• Collaborate with dispatchers, managers, and field staff to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Mentor and supervise apprentices on job sites and keep company vehicle and tools in peak condition
