Job summary

Goettl is seeking a Plumbing Install Apprentice in Sparks, NV. No experience needed—just the drive to learn. You will work hands-on with licensed installers, supporting water, drain, waste, vent, and fixture installs while building essential plumbing skills.

Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour with overtime and a paid training rate from day one. You'll train in the Goettl Academy, earn while you learn, and have opportunities to advance as you prove your reliability and craftsmanship on real job

Qualifications

• No experience required; drive to learn residential plumbing installation.
• OSHA-10 certification or willingness to obtain (Goettl supports this).
• Clean driving record with valid driver's license.
• Prior plumbing, construction, or trades experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, staging, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment on-site
• Support layout, prep, and execution of water, drain, waste, vent, and fixture installs
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Document work with iAuditor and ServiceTitan at job completion
• Communicate with lead installer and field supervisor throughout the day
• Complete coursework and training milestones in the Goettl Academy Career Playbook

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn residential plumbing installation
• Ability to take direction and work effectively under a licensed installer
• Comfortable working in a customer's home — professional, respectful, and on point
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and job site safety
• Clean driving record for the last two years + valid driver's license
• OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain — we support this)
• Able to pass background and drug screen upon offer
• Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or the trades is a plus — but not required
