Job summary

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical is seeking energetic laborers to support our plumbing crews while learning new skills and pursuing a career in residential services. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, job-site organization, and assisting with plumbing installations under supervision.

Prerequisites include a High School diploma or GED and prior exposure to plumbing or drain cleaning is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior plumbing/drain cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean and good working condition.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization through all phases of the service process.
• Manual excavation.
• Installation of plumbing materials (under supervision).
• Represent company with city officials.
• Preparation of work site as directed.
