Requirements

• New York City apartment buildings experience
• At least 2+ years experience jobbing and alteration mechanic work
• Valid and clean NYS Divers License
• Some knowledge of N.Y.C. Plumbing Codes
• Able to read construction blue prints
• Experience with both Commercial/Residential work
• At least two past work references that can be verified
• Be able to pass drug test and background check
• Speak, read and write English

Pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
