Job summary

Aira is hiring plumbing and heating engineers to install heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators across the UK. You’ll join a growing team, train at the Aira Academy, and have clear progression toward becoming a Heat Pump Installer. A 5% sign-on bonus applies after 3 months, with a competitive base salary and generous benefits.

Applicants should have NVQ plumbing qualifications and experience with radiators and pipework; additional WRAS, unvented, or gas qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience installing radiators, cylinders, and pipework.
• NVQ Level 2 plumbing or equivalent required.
• NVQ Level 3 plumbing or equivalent and WRAS/gas qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators with a team.
• Work with designers and your team to ensure efficient, reliable systems.
• Participate in Aira Academy training and career progression.
