The role requires diagnosing and servicing plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems, with emphasis on safety, code compliance, and clear communication with customers.

Formación

• Prior experience in plumbing, heating, and/or HVAC/AC systems.
• Relevant trade certifications or licenses (EPA 608, plumbing license) preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple trade disciplines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and service heating systems including boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning units.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
