Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions clearly.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory.
