Lead Plumber - Residential & Commercial Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled Lead Plumber to oversee and manage plumbing projects in both residential and commercial construction. This role is ideal for a highly experienced plumber who can lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within code.

Salary Range: $70,000 base plus performance-based incentives

We're looking for an experienced Lead Plumber to join our team! In this role, you'll lead and supervise plumbing crews on both residential and commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and fixtures.
• Reviewing blueprints and project specifications, planning and assigning work, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
• Training and mentoring apprentices and journeyman plumbers; troubleshooting problems in the field.
• Managing materials, tools, and overall jobsite organization.
• Communicating closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep projects on track.

Experience

• At least five years of plumbing experience with a proven record of leading crews on job sites.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Backflow certification, OSHA safety training, and experience with estimating and material takeoffs are preferred but not required.
