Job summary

SST Direct is hiring a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on commercial plumbing projects in the Greater Harrisburg area, with a project located in Elizabethtown, PA. This role requires strong field leadership and a background in plumbing operations.

You will supervise plumbers and apprentices, read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure installations meet code and quality standards. The position offers a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Previous Foreman or Lead experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint and specification reading skills.
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and code‑compliant installation practices.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew meetings, assign tasks, and drive production goals.
• Supervise plumbers and apprentices while maintaining quality and accountability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules.
• Plan and execute commercial plumbing installations including domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas, fixtures, carriers, roof drains, interceptors, and equipment connections.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervision, and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and pass inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Track daily progress, manpower, and project milestones.

Location: Greater Harrisburg Area (Project Located in Elizabethtown, PA)

Pay: $40–$42 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead crews and oversee commercial plumbing projects in the Greater Harrisburg area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong field leader with a background in commercial construction and plumbing operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work overhead, climb ladders and lifts, and perform physical plumbing duties
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor construction environments while wearing required PPE
