Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working in residential, new home construction plumbing construction sites
• minimum of 3 years of leadership, management or supervisor experience specifically in residential construction sites
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, plumbing codes, and regulations
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plumbing system designs, and technical drawings
• Experience with running waste and water lines, PVC, copper, gas lines and all fixtures
• Must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Journeyman certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee installation, modification, and repairs of plumbing systems in new construction homes
• Provide day-to-day direction to plumbing mechanics and helpers, coordinate work schedules and materials
• Ensure each phase of the installation is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Work with the Superintendent as needed to support project goals
• Maintain a safe and productive job site and ensure work meets company standards

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING FOREMAN

As a Plumbing Foreman, you will lead and oversee the installation, modification, and repairs of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures in new construction homes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you are responsible for planning, laying out, participating in, and supervising plumbing work across new home developments.

You will provide day-to-day direction to plumbing mechanics and helpers, coordinate work schedules and materials, and ensure each phase of the installation is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. You will work with considerable independence while receiving support and guidance from the Superintendent as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong residential new construction experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and knows how to motivate and lead a crew. You will play an important role in keeping projects on schedule, maintaining a safe and productive job site, and ensuring work meets company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIALPLUMBING FOREMAN

• 5 years of experience working in residential, new home construction plumbing construction sites
• must have a minimum of 3 years of leadership, management or supervisor experience specifically in residential construction sites
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, plumbing codes, and regulations
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plumbing system designs, and technical drawings.
• Experience with running waste and water lines, PVC, copper, gas lines and all fixtures
• Must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Plumbing Journeyman or Master License favorable but not required

FOREMAN WORK SCHEDULE
