Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

Location: Allentown, PA

Job Summary

We seek a Plumbing Foreman to support and coordinate commercial plumbing activities for ongoing projects in Allentown, PA. This position combines hands-on work with field-level oversight and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial plumbing and experience guiding crews to ensure quality and efficiency while maintaining safety and code compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily plumbing tasks in commercial and industrial environments.
• Perform and support installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Worked with and helped direct a crew in underground plumbing work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job layouts to install plumbing systems
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement solutions on-site.
• Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards, safety guidelines, and project deadlines are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and enforce company safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing, experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is a plus
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Familiarity with various plumbing systems and the ability to interpret construction documents.
• Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade.
• Thorough understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to provide direction to plumbing crews and ensure quality artistry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Consistent and verifiable work history in the commercial plumbing industry.
