Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for fire protection and plumbing system concepts and documentation process from schematics through construction administration phases within the discipline.
2. Oversee project team members and delegate tasks for fire protection and plumbing design.
3. Prepare and monitor project work plans.
4. Conduct material and product research as required for project development.
5. Prepare and document required code research for the project.
6. Document interpretation and submittal reviews during bidding and construction administration.
7. Monitor staff to produce quality architectural and engineering services within a project team concept.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and licensure required. Professional Fire Protection Engineer license is preferred.
2. Experience with Fire Protection design preferred.
3. Experience with Plumbing design.
4. Experience working in Revit is preferred.
