Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to oversee plumbing projects and lead crews on residential and commercial sites. You will coordinate plumbers and apprentices, enforce safety and code adherence, manage timelines, and resolve on-site issues.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and extensive plumbing expertise to direct teams and ensure top-quality workmanship for our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on plumbing installation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Active Journeyman Plumbing License; backflow prevention and gas piping certs are a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specs; knowledge of local codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbers and apprentices on job sites.
• Ensure safety regulations and local plumbing codes are followed.
