Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience in residential plumbing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with builders, office staff, warehouse, and field teams to keep production moving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in residential new construction plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices.
• Experience managing production home schedules and multiple job sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with builders, office staff, warehouse personnel, and field crews.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential new construction plumbing crews.

What You'll Do
