Job summary

Fix-It 24/7 is seeking a motivated Plumbing Field Advisor to diagnose plumbing concerns at homeowners’ residences and present repair or replacement options. You will build trust with customers and drive revenue through solutions-based plumbing sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential plumbing experience.
• Great sales experience with proven record.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to diagnose plumbing concerns and present repair and replacement solutions.
• Educate customers on plumbing systems, products, and service options.
• Build trust and deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Drive revenue through ethical, solutions-based sales.
• Create accurate estimates and recommendations using Service Titan.
• Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and follow-through throughout the customer journey.
