Job summary

Grand Canyon Resort Corporation is seeking a Plumber to maintain and repair plumbing and drainage systems across Grand Canyon West locations. You will read manuals, diagnose issues, and work with teams to ensure safe operation of facilities.

The role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment, perform inspections, and handle tools while following safety policies. Preference may be given to Hualapai members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for Hualapai tribal members.
• Familiar with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, copper.
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems.
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Read manuals to diagnose and repair plumbing issues.
• Answer visitors’ questions about GCW and Hualapai culture.
• Repair domestic appliances and fixtures.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
