Job Title: Plumbing Estimator

Position Overview

As a Plumbing Estimator you will be our point of contact to clients and will estimate, sell and manage commercial plumbing projects. In addition you will:

• Identify risks and general condition needs.
• Develop project estimates based on plans and specifications.
• Develop and communicate the trade specific scope of work to all necessary parties.
• Review and approve all documents as it relates to the project.
• Compile a list of necessary sub-contractors.
• Enter summary data into the recap spreadsheet.
• Participate in post project reviews.
• Cooperate with others as a company resource.
