IES Residential in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing Estimator to join our team. The role focuses on evaluating bid specifications, analyzing blueprints and related documentation to prepare accurate plumbing service bids.

You will handle quantity take-offs, develop cost models, and produce comprehensive estimates while coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. This on-site role requires strong organization and communication skills.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team in Cincinnati. This role is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and analyzing blueprints, proposals, and related documentation to successfully bid plumbing service projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deadlines with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment
