The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering with plumbing emphasis and 3–5 years of piping design experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit BIM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering with Plumbing emphasis.
• 3–5 years of plumbing and piping system design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit BIM software.
• Detailed knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
• MS Office, Outlook, and engineering calculations proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design plumbing and piping systems for commercial, residential, mixed-use, and institutional projects.
• Perform plumbing calculations, equipment sizing, and layout coordination.
• Read construction documents and produce BIM drawings for plumbing systems.
• Apply building codes and prepare specifications, reports, and surveys.
• Coordinate with other disciplines within a fast-paced team.
