Job summary

Career Collective is seeking a Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to design plumbing systems, including calculations for water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.

The ideal candidate will develop project specifications, perform site evaluations, attend meetings with clients and project teams, and provide construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Experience with Elite Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software.

Responsibilities

• Design plumbing systems and load calculations.
• Develop project specifications and site evaluations.
• Attend meetings with clients and project teams.
• Produce contract drawings from schematics to construction documents.
• Provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. They will also be expected to develop project specifications, perform site evaluations, attend meetings with clients and project teams, and provide construction administration.

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Strong skills in Elite Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
