Job summary

Meade is seeking a Plumbing Designer III to design plumbing systems for data centers, industrial buildings, and large-scale projects. You'll work on domestic water, sanitary, drainage, and gas piping layouts, using Revit for construction documents and coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams.

The role requires strong Revit expertise, knowledge of plumbing codes, and the ability to manage design deliverables across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in plumbing design for commercial/industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit for plumbing design and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, industry standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing system layouts (domestic water, sanitary waste, storm drainage, gas piping).
• Use Revit to produce detailed plumbing construction documents with coordination with other disciplines.
• Manage design schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Select equipment and fixtures compliant with project specs and standards.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and changes while supporting site visits and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and project managers to ensure integration of plumbing systems.
• Provide technical guidance to drafters and junior team members.
