ColonialWebb Contractors Company is seeking a Plumbing Designer to join the Richmond design team. You will generate CAD documents, coordination drawings, and shop drawings to support plumbing and construction operations, with opportunities to work with Revit and Navisworks on diverse projects.

The role requires 3+ years of field or design/detailing experience, CAD proficiency, and the ability to read contracts and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD detailing and design for commercial/industrial projects.
• 3+ years of field experience or 3+ years of direct design/detailing experience in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and detail work in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and provide fabrication drawings and submittals.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to resolve conflicts and optimize layout.
• Attend project meetings and support coordination across teams.
