Job summary

1st St NW Technical Staffing is sourcing a Plumbing Designer for an award-winning MEP firm. The role targets mid-level to senior candidates and is a direct-hire position with outstanding benefits.

Responsibilities include designing plumbing systems with Revit across commercial, healthcare, life science, and education projects. Requirements include an AAS in mechanical discipline (big plus), 3+ years of plumbing design, and strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

AAS degree in mechanical discipline is preferred.
3+ years of plumbing design experience.
Proficiency in Revit is required.
AutoCAD skills are required.

Design and prepare construction documents for plumbing systems in commercial, healthcare, life science, and educational buildings.
Develop plumbing system layouts, riser diagrams, schedules, details, and specifications.
Review shop drawings and submittals and coordinate layouts with other disciplines.
