Job summary

Charlotte Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Crew Leader to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will lead multi-family plumbing crews, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and on-time project delivery.

You will manage crew performance, coordinate with subcontractors, and enforce our standards across projects in the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong communication, and hands-on expertise in rough-in and trim plumbing, with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

• Define project scope, purpose, and resource requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Establish jobsite standards and protocols.
• Resolve design issues and evaluate and implement change orders.
• Conduct inspections at critical phases to approve work quality.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing and safety codes.

Charlotte Mechanical is a well-respected mechanical contractor in the Charlotte area. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Plumbing Crew Leader to join our Raleigh, NC team. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and team development.

Requirements

The Plumbing Crew Leader helps manage multi-family plumbing construction crews by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising employees and subcontractors; completing quality inspections; and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
