Job summary

Energy Air, Inc. is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to detail and layout plumbing systems using Revit and third-party plugins, integrate sprinkler, mechanical and electrical models, and perform clash detection.

You will interface with general contractors and attend online coordination meetings as needed. You must have a high school diploma, 5+ years in the trade, and strong proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office; excellent written and verbal English communication is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in the trade.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and code requirements.
• Ability to work without supervision; strong written and communication skills.
• Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office; fluent in English.

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years experience in the trade. In depth knowledge of plumbing systems and code requirements. Ability to work without supervision. Minimum two (2) years working with Revit. Excellent written and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be knowledgeable in Bluebeam, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
