Job summary

Energy Air, Inc. is seeking a skilled BIM Technician with plumbing system expertise to model and layout in Revit, integrating sprinkler, mechanical and electrical models into conformed BIM projects.

You will perform detailed clash detection, coordinate with General Contractors, and support online coordination meetings while staying current with BIM technology and industry updates.

Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in the trade.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and code requirements.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Minimum 2 years working with Revit.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

• Attend online coordination meetings as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years experience in the trade. In depth knowledge of plumbing systems and code requirements. Ability to work without supervision. Minimum two (2) years working with Revit. Excellent written and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be knowledgeable in Bluebeam, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

Normal office environment

Physical Demands:

Walking, sitting, standing, use of hands for computer, use of hands for writing, use of hands for calculator use, reading and or viewing computer screen for extended periods, verbal communication internally, verbal communication in fluent English via phone/online meetings, occasional lifting or carrying of files, drawings, and specifications (weighing as much as 40 pounds).
