ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company looking for Plumbing Apprentices to join their installation team.

This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on bathroom remodeling projects. You’ll learn the trade through paid training and hands-on experience, with a clear path to advance into a Lead Installer and eventually Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathroom remodeling projects
  
• Help with demolition, installation, and cleanup
  
• Learn proper installation techniques and best practices
  
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
  
• Be willing to learn and follow instructions
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of apprenticeship, trade, or hands-on experience preferred
  
• Previous construction, remodeling, plumbing, or carpentry experience is a plus
  
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
  
• Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Must be able to pass a background check
