Job summary

CRM is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to manage daily plumbing work orders in Myrtle Beach and ensure proper installation and maintenance of piping systems. You will read diagrams, diagnose issues, and perform repairs with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 3 years of field experience and a high school diploma. This full-time position reports to the Plumbing Division Manager and offers competitive pay and benefits.

WORK OBJECTIVE:

Overall responsibility for implementing CRM service business model, improving the customer experience, and ensuring full compliance to CRM policies and procedures throughout the region. The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for the day-to-day work orders of the Plumbing Division, including installation and maintenance of plumbing systems and drains. This position may be required to work independently with little or no guidance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience as a plumber

In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years field experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Motivation to learn the trade from the Lead Plumber and Division Manager
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and piping
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Troubleshooting skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks involve the periodic performance of moderately physically demanding work, usually involving lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (up to 100 pounds). that require moving objects of significant weight require the assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and moving equipment. Tasks may involve some climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
