Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment, or willingness to learn.
• Good physical condition with the ability to work in confined or awkward spaces.
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to take direction and continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing service, repair, and installation work.
• Respond promptly to assigned service calls.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers while providing excellent service.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including communication with Dispatch and the office.
• Complete and submit work orders and invoices accurately and on time.
• Assist with maintaining company vehicles, including cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
• Help ensure company trucks remain properly stocked with parts and materials.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times.
