Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking a motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our West Seattle team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and exposure to residential plumbing projects under seasoned professionals.

You will learn to read blueprints, follow plumbing codes, and support senior plumbers while delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be registered as an apprentice through L&I.

Job Overview:

Work Location: Our office is conveniently located in West Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential settings.
• Follow instructions from senior plumbers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes for on-time and accurate installations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be registered apprentice through L&I
• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve regularly lifting to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you will be working.
