Job summary

Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking an exceptional Plumbing Apprentice to join our Seattle team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, mentorship from Journeyman Plumbers, and a clear path to mastery of essential plumbing skills in residential service and installations.

You will maintain communication with the team, follow codes and safety practices, and complete paperwork accurately. A Trainee Certificate and 3000+ logged hours are required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Trainee Plumber with active Trainee Certificate and affidavit logging 3000+ hours.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with dispatcher, manager, and installation teams.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with code requirements.
• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers.
• Participate in training opportunities for growth.
• Take direction from Journeyman Plumbers and support the team.
• Complete work on pace and without error.

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour DOE

Qualification

• Apprentice Plumber with active Trainee Certificate and affidavit with 3000+ hours logged.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects if needed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
• MUST be a culture fit: hungry, humble, smart.
