Job summary

Facilities Maintenance Management seeks a motivated Plumbing Apprentice to support residential and commercial plumbing installs and repairs on multi-family and commercial projects. You will assist journeymen, learn hands-on methods, and contribute to quality workmanship on-site in Houma/Thibodaux area.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a safety‑first mindset. No formal license required for entry, but a willingness to learn and pass a drug screen is required; training and advancement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installation and service.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well with a team.
• Ability to work independently without instruction.
• This position requires the ability to pass a drug screen.
• Tech savvy (mobile friendly technology).
• Problem solving skills.
• Tools are not required but are a huge plus!

FMM is seeking a motivated Plumbing Apprentices to join our Team! FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the installation of new plumbing systems on a multi-family construction project in Houma, LA.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial plumbing installation and repair
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, peers, and supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
