Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) is seeking motivated Construction Plumbers to join our team for a multi-family construction project in Houma, LA. You will perform residential and commercial plumbing installation and renovations, coordinating with clients, vendors, and supervisors on site.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well with a team; can also work independently.
• Clean driving record; ability to pass a drug screen.
• Licenses or certifications highly considered; experience in the industry accepted.

FMM is seeking motivated Construction Plumbers to join our Team! FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.

Job Summary:

Responsible for installation of new plumbing systems on a multi-family construction project in Houma, LA.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Residential plumbing new construction installation and renovations
• Commercial plumbing new construction installation and renovations
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, peers, and supervisors

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installation
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Tools are not required but are a huge plus!
• This position requires a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.
• Candidates currently holding licenses or certifications will be highly considered and competitively compensated; however, experience in the industry will be accepted.
• In addition, the following training/experience is a PLUS but not required:
• DWV piping systems
• Domestic Water systems
• Gas piping
• Grease trap installation and service
• Sewer lines
• Can operate the following equipment: trackhoe, ditch witch, skid steer, lull, scissor lift, and man lift

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Three (3) to Five (5) years previous experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using FMM's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Safety, and Versatility
• Proficient in computer, text, and email skills
• May perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to pass a background and drug/alcohol screening
