Job summary

Mainstream Electric in Spokane Valley is seeking an experienced plumbing professional who can guide and train apprentices while delivering top-quality residential service. You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, upsell repairs, and use our Service Titan platform on an iPad to manage calls.

Your role emphasizes customer service, accurate diagnostics, and teaching newer technicians, with a focus on leak location, water heaters, filtration, drains, and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience in residential plumbing repairs and diagnostics.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Proficient with Service Titan software and iPad.
• Strong customer service to diagnose and upsell repairs.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train an apprentice on plumbing tasks.

What you need:

• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years


• Ability to guide and train an apprentice

• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer


• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
