Job summary

Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our Seattle team. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training, exposure to code‑driven installations, and a clear path to journeyman status within a leading Pacific Northwest home service company.

As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under Journeyman plumbers, maintain clear communication with the team, follow safety and code requirements, and participate in weekly trainings.

Qualifications

• Active Trainee Plumber Certificate with affidavit and 3000+ hours logged.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects if needed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
• MUST be a culture fit: hungry, humble, smart.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with dispatcher, manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance adhere to code requirements.
• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers.
• Actively participate in training opportunities for continuous professional growth and development.
• Take direction from Journeyman Plumbers and accommodate the needs of the team.
• Complete work on pace and without error.

Compensation:

$20-$22 per hour DOE
