Job summary

Roger's Plumbing in Leander, TX is looking for motivated entry-level learners to join our team as a full-time Plumbing Apprentice. This hands-on apprenticeship offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and strong growth opportunities.

You'll assist our lead plumber with drain cleaning, water heater repairs, and pipe work while learning safety practices and excellent customer service. Starting at 7:30 am, you’ll work 40 hours per week and grow with a family-oriented company.

YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBING APPRENTICE

This full-time position typically starts work at 7:30 am and works 40 hours per week.

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate our values. Every day, you assist our lead plumber and residential service team on repair calls. You help complete a variety of important projects, including drain cleaning, water heater repairs, and pipe repairs. Always flexible and eager to lend a hand, you also assist our lead plumber with customer interactions and diagnostics.

You complete each job thoroughly and efficiently, always keeping safety and client satisfaction in mind. Driven to succeed, you enjoy learning new skills from our incredible team.
