Qualifications

• Texas Apprentice Plumbing License or ability to register with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) with registration assistance from Midway Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Support diagnosing issues, replacing fixtures, water heater installs, drain cleaning, and leak repairs.
• Learn and follow company processes, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
• Protect customer property and leave every work area clean at the end of the call.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to progress toward full licensure.
• Follow all state and local plumbing codes and compliance requirements.
• Provide support during after-hours or weekend shifts as needed.

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
