Ideal candidate should have:

1. Valid Driver's License
2. 1+ years of experience in project scope/estimating/sales/teaching (Preferred)
3. Willing to coach and train candidates that show desire and hunger for growth and knowledge
4. Knowledge of local and national plumbing code(s)
5. SUPERB customer service skills
6. Ability to plan scope of work and propose proper estimates
7. Ability to take lead on all excavation sales efforts
8. Team player attitude! Must work closely with excavation crew(s)
