Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Work alongside experienced plumbers and supervisors.
• Install and repair piping systems using PVC, PEX, copper, and other materials.
• Diagnose plumbing issues using specialized tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Perform residential, multi-family, commercial, and construction plumbing work.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
• Keep accurate job documentation and records.
• Ensure safe, high-quality workmanship on every project.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Help maintain clean, professional job sites.

Pay

$17 - $50 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and qualifications.

• Washington Trainee Card, Apprentice Card, PL01, PL02, or Journeyman License (depending on role)
• Knowledge of Universal Plumbing Code (UPC) preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
