Job summary

Raptor Rooter & Plumbing is hiring in the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) for plumbing positions across experience levels. You’ll join a family-owned team with opportunities to advance, learn, and contribute to a broad range of residential, commercial, and construction projects.

Pay ranges from $17 to $50 per hour depending on experience, licenses, and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package and room for growth within a trusted local employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Plumbing experience preferred but not required for entry-level opportunities
• Washington Trainee Card, Apprentice Card, PL01, PL02, or Journeyman License (depending on role)
• Knowledge of Universal Plumbing Code (UPC) preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Work alongside experienced plumbers and supervisors
• Install and repair piping systems using PVC, PEX, copper, and other materials
• Diagnose plumbing issues using specialized tools and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and drainage systems
• Perform residential, multi-family, commercial, and construction plumbing work
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
• Keep accurate job documentation and records
• Ensure safe, high-quality workmanship on every project
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Help maintain clean, professional job sites

What You’ll Do
