Requirements:

1. Current Journeyman Plumber license or worked as an HVAC Installer for a minimum of 4 years.
2. Experience in residential, commercial, new construction, and remodeling environments.
3. Works independently and unsupervised.
4. Anticipates job/project needs and is able to plan in advance accordingly.
5. Shows care and concern for deadlines and ensures tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
6. Good oral and written communication skills.
7. Makes recommendations and offers possible solutions.
8. Viewed by others as a leader and is approachable and welcoming.
9. Consistently maintains a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
10. Lift at least 100 pounds.
11. Able to work on tall ladders and lifts.
12. Will abide by the Substance Abuse & Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
13. Current driver’s license and good driving record.
14. High school diploma/GED.
