Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with residential and commercial plumbing.
• Apprentice Plumbing License required.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Knowledge and experience in repair and general maintenance of plumbing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and digital interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs and manage day-to-day customer relations.
• Professional and punctual with tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, gas lines, garbage disposals.
• Perform general maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent emergencies.
• Keep records of customer job summaries, time spent, and materials used.
• Prepare and provide estimates to customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and management teams.
• Maintain company truck regularly and ensure it is clean.
• Follow current rules and regulations to pass inspections.
• Participate in ongoing training for development and success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, gas lines, garbage disposals etc.
• Perform general maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
• Keeping and maintaining records such as customer job summaries, time spent on the job, and materials used and purchased for the work on paper and iPad.
• Preparing and providing estimates to customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain impeccable communication with dispatch and management teams.
• Maintaining your company truck regularly by keeping it clean inside and out.
• Follow current rules and regulations to ensure that plumbing systems pass inspection the first time.
• Participate in ongoing training that aids in your development and success as a professional.
