Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical School diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of experience in maintenance and installation of plumbing systems/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, repair and install plumbing systems and fixtures including supply, DWV, heating, steam, and high-temperature hot water.
• Respond to plumbing trouble calls and requests using hand and power tools and testing instruments.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment and related systems.
• Prepare and submit requisitions for materials, work orders and records to the supervisor.
