Mr. Rooter Plumbing is hiring experienced Drain Cleaning Technicians to join our Southeast Michigan team. You’ll perform drain cleaning in residential and light commercial settings, handle minor repairs, diagnose issues, and clearly communicate solutions and pricing to customers.

We offer strong earning potential, a company van, gas card, uniforms, and a flexible schedule. Training is available for the right candidates who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning or related mechanical trade preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred-but not required
• A candidate who demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other members of the team
• A self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude
• Pride in delivering clean, high-quality work
• The ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• A valid driver's license with fewer than six points preferred
